All tickets are digital – no paper required!

You won’t receive a physical ticket, but your e-ticket will be emailed to you right after booking. Feel free to print it if you prefer, but we recommend saving paper by simply displaying it on your phone or tablet for easy scanning at the entrance.

Some of our screenings are fully outdoor experiences and will go ahead rain or shine! We recommend checking the forecast on the day and dressing for the elements — a waterproof jacket and a positive attitude go a long way. Embrace the Great British spirit and make it part of the magic!

Rest assured, our team keeps a close eye on the weather in the lead-up to every event. If there's ever a significant concern, we'll notify all ticket holders by email and/or text. Otherwise, you can assume the show will go on as planned.

Absolutely – but there are a few important things to know:

Film age ratings still apply.
Our team is legally required to check ID if there’s any doubt about a guest’s age for age-restricted films. Valid ID must include a photo and date of birth — a passport, driver’s licence, or student card will do the trick.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult over 18 at all times.
Children under 2 go free and don’t need a ticket.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone under 16 without an adult, or anyone who doesn’t meet the film’s certification age.

This varies depending on the event location and in particular if public access is required before our shows. 

Our venues can be in beautiful and historic locations so should the opportunity arise we encourage all our guests to take in their surroundings before the screenings and of course get in the spirit of things with the warm-up silent disco.

Tickets must be purchased in advance online only. Our events sell out quickly so book your tickets while you still can.

We will always try to partner with venues that are either centrally located or have ample parking on site. Please read the event description for full details or drop us a message on our socials and our team will happily point you in the right direction.

Your Safety is Our Priority

At Magical Movies, your wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. All our events are carefully risk assessed by certified health and safety professionals and are fully insured for peace of mind.

We keep sound levels within safe, regulated limits, and every major event includes an on-site safety officer and trained first aid personnel. We also carry out thorough pre- and post-event deep cleans to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all guests.

Extensive planning and safety protocols are in place behind the scenes — so you can relax, enjoy the magic, and leave the rest to us.

Toilet facilities will be available at all of our venues. Most will be provided by the venue.. On occasion, we may provide additional facilities to service larger crowds or if we are operating an outdoor event. Accessible toilets wil alwaysl be available.

Yes, all of our sites have wheelchair access, please contact us if you or your party require any additional assistance on site.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside any of our partner venues, a smoking area will be provided. For outdoor events, smoking is not permitted in the ‘event arena’.  If you wish to smoke, please speak to one of our stewards who will allow you to leave the main site to smoke and then readmit when you have finished. Please dispose of your rubbish using the bins provided. 

Fear not, we hold a record of all bookings so if you forget your e-ticket our stewards are able to take your details and admit you to the event. 

All of our shows are ticket only events.  

All tickets are non-refundable, once the tickets are purchased, those funds go directly into providing the highest quality event experience. 

If you are looking to resell your ticket, we strongly recommend using a recognised ticket reselling website as there have been numerous fraud cases regarding Facebook selling pages. Refunds are only available if the event is cancelled and will be processed within 14 days of confirmation.d ticket.

We are governed by the policies of our partner venues and unfortunately all venues we work with retain the rights to food and drink.
